Sanges Studio

Sanges is an imaginative and innovative photographer who has exhibited worldwide and published extensively. Clients and art projects include: Agent Provocateur, Cutler & Gross, Vogue, National Opera Munich, Sunday Telegraph, Photo Mag, Katalog, Dolce&Gabbana, Eyemazing, Normal Magazine, Elle, Esquire, The Times, Independent, Fault Magazine, Aesthetica Magazine, Shoot, Harpers Bazar, Aesthetica, Lomography, Wonderland, Dario Argento, Stash Klossowski de Rola and Gunther Von Hagens' Body World.

 

A multi-disciplinary artist, his film ‘Circumstances’ won Best Art Film at the Portobello Film Festival, London and Best Experimental Film at the Open Cinema Film Festival, St. Petersburg, Russia. 

Other film work includes: Sugar, Meet me in Winter, Music Sound Machine, Sonnambula, Wunderkamera.

Books include: Circumstances, Venus, Wild, and Erotic Photography, Love Lust Desire, Dolce & Gabbana, National Opera Munich, The Cutting Room.

Most recently, One Step Closer by Marco Sanges was exhibited for the first time at the Dimbola Museum, before the images are auctioned to raise funds for the charity 'Under One Sky' which supports homelessness.

Sadie Frost, Bob Geldof, Elizabeth McGovern, Jeremy Irons, Brian Cox, Gyles Brandreth and Clare Balding are among those who posed for close-ups.

Sanges' work is exhibited in the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts permanent collection in the USA.
